Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Hi guys I just updated FSBuild to the beta version today along with the 0608 navdata up date . I loaded a vroute route from EDDM to EGLL with my 757-200 rb211535e varant and I am getting some funny readings I have try different aircraft like the PMDG 744 that seems to be ok but if I choose a B767 or B777 I am getting take of weights way way above MTOW here is an example

The problem seemed to be when I swap from LBS to KGS I thought it might be this route but that check out I have also tried fsbuild 2.3 with out the upgrade on my laptop but with the new nav data and I am getting the same problem. I can't work out if its 1 route or different aircraft I never had this problem up until today I would like to install navdata 0508 but not sure where to find it to see if it is a problem with the airc cycle.

Any ideas peoples?
