I imported the following flight plan from a popular web site:

One of the airway's, Y21, in the plan run paralell to the East Coast of Japan, however when FSBuild 2.2.1 build's the plan, it includes the waypoint of CORRS after waypoint MEIWA, then after CORRS, waypoint LOLLY is next and it is located south of Austriala, adding about 9000 extra miles to the flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco. After LOLLY, then its back to CELLO which in on the Y21 airway about 4500 miles away.

It is not a problem to remove them from the FMS in PMDG 744, however it would be much better for the navdata planning if I had the correct waypoint's or be able to delete them from what ever dababase FSBuild uses for it's airway's.

You can edit both the routes (i.e. the sequencing of waypoints) and the position of each waypoint. Check the documentation for the format of the appropriarte files, and also which files to edit.

However, I don't think that the will help you. FSBuild does not export indivudual waypoints, only the route with airways and the waypoints where the airway is switched. So if your FMS is giving the same as FSBuild, then you will still get the same problem with the FMS if you change it in FSBuild.

Thanks Steve, but as you can see, FSBuild Does export's waypoint's, how else would the two way point's I mentioned show up on the flight plan. You will notice they are NOT in the plan I imported, only the airway Y21 was, however, in the FMS you will have all the waypoint's that are included with that airway.

I did a little looking at the text file's in the fsbuild folder and found that the Y21 airway was in a couple of places with those incorrect waypoint's, so I just deleted the waypoints, reindexed, and now it work's and was exported correctly to PMDG's FMS.

Yes, the waypoints are exported . Make sure that you keep the edits you have made so you don't overwrite them with an update.

So, Ernie, can you correct these error's are they in the DATIF file's you use for updates?

As you can see, waypoint's CORRS and LOLLY are located many many miles from the rest of the waypoint's on this airway.
