I'm not too sure - have you been in contact with Ron again? He left the following on your last thread, and I would also need answer like Operating System, etc to try and help out.
Here is what Ron posted - without answers to these, it's difficult to help.
What is your operating system? Did the install complete without errors? If you're not using Win98, are you logged in as adiministrator? If you're not using Win98, does the GK folder have write permissions? If you're not using Win98, are your folder options set to allow you to see all files? Use gksupport (-at-) comcast (-dot) net to email me for faster results.
For example, my Operating System is Windows XP Home service Service Pack 2, FS2004 patch 1, FSBuild 2.2 commercial release, user has administrator rights to the machine and Gatekeeper version 1.2.1. I think you'll need to provide information like that for anyone to help
