Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I have been looking over the forum and found some info close to the issue
I am having with FSBuild and window 7, but not exactly what I am having, or
no good explanations to a possible fix, Or is it that FSbuild will not work on
Windows 7. I currently have FS2004 and FSbuild running in XP compatibility and as
administrator. see screen shot of issue.

Maybe FSBuild does not have permission to write a data file into your folder(s).

Can you save a file (like one of you own text files) to these folders?

thanks for the reply. Yes I can write to and delete/modify any of the
folder/files in the Flight simulator folder. I even have User Access Control completely
turned off.

Go the the LevelD flightplans folder.
Do a screenshot so I can see the path to it.

Go to the folder with the FS9.exe file in it.
Do a screenshot so I can see the path to it.
This should be your "HOME" folder for FSBuild.

I hope I am understanding what you are asking for. Attached are two screeen shots.

If your FS9.exe is here :
C:\games\fs9\flight simulator 9


Then Level-D flight plans should be here:
C:\games\fs9\flight simulator 9\Level-d Simulations\navdata\flightplans

But, FSBuild is trying to put them here (your first post, screenshot):
C:\games\flight simulator 9\Level-d Simulations\navdata\flightplans
"fs9" is missing from the path!

So, verify your FSBuild "HOME"? entry ... is what path?

I think it should be :
C:\games\fs9\flight simulator 9

Start FSBuild
Options
Export_Directories (tab)
Many folders are listed.
#1 (BROWSE) should point to your FS9.exe file folder.

Thanks so much. I feel real stupid. I can not believe I missed that. I have been
rebuilding my Flight Sim PC from top to bottom and guess I have been looking at too
many paths during all the other installs and missed the FS9. Again thank. FSbuild is up and working fine.
