Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Is there any way in the future that your product is going to be compatible with windows 7? It would help me out a lot cause the current product won't do anything for me unfortunatly.

Well if you look at my previous posts it won't create a flight plan to my pmdg folder. And when i right click on the program it says troulbe shoot compatability error. Is there any reason for this or am i doing something wrong.

If you could please respond to my previous question today it would help a lot. I am now getting ready to return the computer because of this problem.

I know you are a busy man, just if you could just take a coulpe minutes out of your day to help me with this problem it would help me out a lot. Even if you tell me there is nothing left to do but start off new with a new computer.

This is a long Holiday / vacation weekend for many people (USA).

As You discovered and mentioned in your last post .. you have a "permissions" problem ..which is "normal" for Windows7 to restrict writing files to your folders.

Nothing is wrong with FSBuild or Windows7.

You must read the Windows7 help file to learn how to give other programs (and yourself) permission to create file(s) on your computer.

I have worked with microsoft to try and solve my problem and nobody was able to do it. My next step is returning my computer and starting over with a new one with windows 7 and try that.

If you have any set up tips you would like to share please let me know. Also of you would like any screenshots to see if i went wrong somewhere please just ask.

I want to thank you for all of your suggestions. Last night me and a technicion from microsoft were able to figure out the problem.

I had it installed wrong it turned out.

I am now able to save flight plans and use this great program

What exactly was the install problem that Microsoft corrected on your computer?
Knowing the answer will help other people.

Also, I just read again a previous post/screenshot and realized you had used 2 PMDG folders, but now you have only one PMDG folder. Which is correct.

First he asked me to uninstall the program and let him install it.

I downloaded two links to whereas he downloaded onlt the .exe flile.

He also saved in it in my desktop instead of where i previously placed it. (Sorry i don;t know where it was)

He said my fire wall was a problem so he had me shut that down whilw he downloaded it.

That he said was a big problem.

He uninstalled/Reinstalled Fsbuild.

I had a bug and for some reason it caused me too have two pmdg folders which may have been caused by me downloading two links or it may have been caused by a bug in my system.
