Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I just purchased ISG1. After running the ISG-FS9.exe and ISG-FSX.exe, I downloaded a panel retrofit for the FSX B738. The readme.txt file installation steps state:

1) Copy the template file (.txt) to your ISG/Templates folder.
I do have an ISG folder under both \Flight Simulator 9 and \Microsoft Flight Simulator X folders, but there is no "Templates" folder in either of them.

2) Run the TemplateInstaller.exe program.
Where is the TemplateInstaller.exe program? It isn't in the ISG folders.

Is there an instruction document that specifies these details? I would expect to be able to use the product right after purchase.

I'm using Windows XP, it's not an "Administrator" issue. I simply can't find the TemplateInstaller.exe program anywhere on my computer after installation. Is it available elsewhere?
