Greetings, I have been experiencing a couple of issues for quite some time now after flying an aircraft fitted with ISG gauges. Recently I completed a full system rebuild, (Win7 64bit and FSX with fresh installs) so that suggestion can be ruled out. The issue I describe below was also present before the rebuild, BTW.
Here's the situation: Upon either attempting a plane swap OR exiting the sim, FSX freezes with a black screen (plane swap) or will not shut down. It goes to the desktop but continues to produce sounds and FSX has to be closed with the task manager.
Here's the system: Win7 64-bit, AMD 955BE @3.6, Gigabyte 460GTX (260.99 drivers), FSX Acceleration, FSUIPC. I have many payware planes and panels and this is the only gauge pack I know of that the system has issue with. As well, previously I had a GeForce 260 vid card with the same trouble. Strange that I've not heard of anyone else with this problem...
So, wondering again if anyone has any thoughts on this rather irritating bug. I enjoy the ISG software and configuring panels with them, but this sometimes makes me avoid flying with aircraft so equipped!
cheers, Greg G
