I think I have missed something somewhere....
In the previous post I stated that I had downloaded what I thought was the one that closely resembled
the proper download for P3Dv4.5. After extracting the download,I noticed there was no self-installer.
This seemed rather curious,but there have been lots of downloaded files that do not include self -install programs.
I went back to the Sim Market page....and realized that there were 2 more downloads available for "ISG1"...
1 for FS9 and 1 for FSX.
I downloaded the FSX one(since it seemed closer related to P3D)….and an INSTALLER appeared.
So now I thought I'm on the right track !!!
Except that the serial number sent me will not work....
It requires 6 sections....and my serial number only has 5.
What am I doing wrong ???
