Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I have installed the ISG1 instruments on several aircraft (fsx) but have a small problem with Smiths FMS on the Overland MD11.

The FMS appears not to be reading the Centre2 and Centre3 fuel tanks. The fuel readout on the PROG page matches the contents of LEFT and RIGHT Main tanks plus Centre1 but seems to ignoring fuel in Centre2 and Centre3.

Does anyone else see this problem? I am using the latest ISG1 package.

An update to my previous post:
I now think that the Smiths FMS may exhibit this fault when installed on any aircraft that has multiple CENTRE fuel tanks. It seems that only the contents of CENTRE (or CENTRE1) are read.

I hope there is a quick fix for this - I cannot see anything in the cfg files that might explain why I get the problem.

Its only takes 'Center' fuel.

There is no quick fix for this, it would have top be included in a future update.

Hi,
There is a way around it in loading the correct fuel for your trip.
But it works with the planning of FSBUILD. It seems fuel load always stops at 66%
I usually still plan it by the total of fuel FSBUILD planned for the flight.

and load the given fuel manually for the trip.

So just add it manually if you have FSBUILD for your planner

Thanks for the tip.
I have no problem calculating the fuel requirement but found it (at first) a bit disconcerting to have the FMS tell me I was 40-50% short.

It will be interesting to see if the problem (and I think it is a problem) gets fixed on a future update (though remembering how long it took MS to fix the reverse thrust indicators on their B737 - did they ever fix them? - I shall not be holding my breath).
