 Post subject: Two isg.cfg Files in FS9

I did some looking after reading the chapter in the manual on the different isg.cfg settings available. I discovered I have two separate isg.cfg files and wanted to make sure this was correct. The first is located in C:\Program File\Microsoft Games\FS9\ISG\. The second one is located in C:\Program File\...etc...\ISG\Aircraft\. Seems to me that while the data and settings in each is identical, won't one conflict with the other?
