Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I've got ISG1 set up and working perfectly on my FSX computer (XP SP3).

I tried to get it set up on my FS9.1 computer and it is freezing FS9.1 right after I choose to set up Free Flight (or whatever it's called on FS9.1). When I push "Fly Now" FS9.1 stops responding. This happens only when I try to fly a plane with an ISG1 retrofit panel. It works fine with airplanes with non-ISG1 retrofit panels.

I installed FS9.1 in the default location and when I install ISG1 it installs without any errors in the default locations it suggests.

I have reinstalled XP and then FS9 and then FS9.1 and then ISG1. Still the same problem.

I must be doing something wrong. And, yes, I made sure I was using the installer for FS9.

Any ideas?

I have tried the Learjet 45 and 737-400 panels for the default planes.

Also, I have uninstalled and installed ISG1 several times to try to get it to work. Each time, ISG1.GAU (I think that's the name of it) and a couple of other files in the Gauges file in FS9 won't uninstall unless you do so manually. Even then, I have to delete them to trash and even though it says the operation is not permitted because I, as a user, am not permitted to do so (As a user on my computer I AM an administrator user). Then I reboot and the files are removed.

So, are these files in the Gauges files somehow not recognizing me as an administrator and so not functioning because they see me as unauthorized? Are they somehow being corrupted during installation?

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can chase down what's going on?

I've installed and uninstalled ISG1 I don't know how many times. Downloaded the installer at least three times. Reinstalled Windows XP and FS9 twice.

As I said, I have ISG1 working perfectly on FSX on another machine.

I'm at my wits end.

Where should the TrafficTools.dll file be in FS9? Is it necessary if I don't have it to run ISG1 properly?

Well, I got it working, sort of. I have to load a non-ISG1 paneled airplane at the airport I wish to depart from. Then, once at the airport I load the ISG1 paneled airplane and it seems to work right, however, when exiting FS9 it freezes then, but that's OK because the flight is over. Seems a bit buggy though, don't you think, Ernie?

I'm open to any suggestions from anyone.

Yes, you're right, it's an old system. Intel P4, 1.5 g of ram, Geforce mx 440 video card.
