I don't see the problem.

Your first screen page (4/11) has HEC DYPSO GRAMM in it (which are RIIVR2 waypoints).
How did these waypoints get into the flight plan ?

Then your next screen shows a discontiuity, meaning something was done to cause the discontinuity.

And HEC is clearly at the end of your disco, Once you cleared the discontinuity it appears correct (it can't calculate alts correctly with a Disco present).

So what exactly is wrong ?

What legs are overlapping ??
