Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Two questions:

I know there is a way to make it so a pop-up and the original gauge aren't drawing their functions at the same time but I can't recall how its done. The point is to reduce the workload of the processor.

And would such a parameter work with non-ISG gauges?

I believe that's governed by a parameter that is placed after the four x,y,width,heigh parameters of a gauge:

For the pop-up window gauge - ,WN
For the only / 1st VC gauge - ,VC
For a second VC gauge - ,VC2

As for non-ISG gauges, I would assume that would depend on each gauge's developer.
