Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Ok so I can add the gauges no problem. What I am still lost on is how to have the FMS call up the aircraft performance data. Just by examining the CFG's of the B747 and B737 it looks like I need another gauge with an extra parameter that names the aircraft CFG to be called up from ISG folder. However the syntax isn't the same between the two panel CFG's for instance....

here is the line from 737
gauge02=ISG1!HW_B737_ND, 406,549,219,217,B737_800

here is the line from the 747
gauge11=isg1!B777_PFD_NB, 14,143,147,166

The text in yellow is what I'm concerned about. Can someone tell me what this bit does?

In the ISG aircraft.cfg, there should be a line which states,
PerformanceData=
To make it simple and to give you a good example.
1)Download this performance Data file.
2)Place it in the ISG aircraft folder.
3)Add this line to your 737_800 aircraft.cfg(ISG) ----- PerformanceData=Boeing738.prf

Seldom fly the B738 but travel long distance w/ each flight. so the performance build should be on point.
The more you fly your 737-800, the performance will adjust for splendid future flights and the right fuel calculation.

*EDIT* can't seem to upload my .PRF file for you. so lets do it manually.

1)Go to the ISG \ISG\FlightLog folder go to the drop window and look for your 737-800 CAT:
2)Click creat3 performance file.
3)Go back to the folder(\ISG\FlightLog). The TEMP file will be your performance file, So just rename it Boeing738 or what have you
but it must match the PerformanceData= entry

Ok so their is nothing in the flight log drop down box. Also I am attempting to add constraints to my freeware aircraft for instance a 767-400ER. I think my first question is how to link the aircraft.cfg (ISG) so that the FMS will know at what speed to climb and descend at etc. Does the performance data file your talking about do this? It could be that I'm completly lost on what to do because I don't understand how this works and their is no manual.

I added a performance file for a 737-300 as per the instructions above and while the file generation worked fine, VNAV still controls ascent at 1500 fpm from the time it's engaged at a couple of thousand feet, right to over 10,000 feet. Then, getting up to cruising level, the VS rises to way over 2000fpm, while chasing the TOC.

Isn't this the wrong way round? Shouldn't the rate of climb be steeper at lower levels, shallowing off as you approach the cruise? If so, what might I be doing wrong?

EDIT: Just read the ISG1 1.7 thread, and will try the technique indicated there.
