You need to have any ISG1 FMS installed. GNSXLS will do it perfectly as it would fit into the VC by replacing the fake Garmin (or whatever it is). You may want to add a new window and likely (in 2D only) the FMS icon somewhere in the main panel. If you want to fly VNAV modes as well the panel icon VNAV is required additionally.
The combination above works perfectly for me but I cannot offer the retrofit as I used some tricks (paint jobs for additional window backgrounds etc) and other gauges in order to get the look and feel I wanted to have. However , the job could be done quite easily.
EDIT: Just for information I made some screen shots. The only problem I still have is the event code of the FMS as it does not work with my invisible gauge like the one I used for addressing the windows that contains the EHSI_CTRL. The XML code seems to have some restrictions and being no programmer myself I did not solve the problem up to now. I might have to learn C++...
