Now I'm tinkering the second day just for replacing the original FMC by the SMITHS FMS one and it does not work.
I just replaced the existing FMS in the panel.cfg like this

I did the same in VC but even after building in the P1000_MFD didn't make the job for me. It shows the flight plan as it should but I cannot bring the Citation to the point following it.
If I'm pushing the FMC button it shows the state FMC1 in the (original) PFD but a waypoint that has nothing to do with the active flight plan (it's set as Direct-To in the default FS9-GPS and persists even after the gauge has been disabled).
Where is the link to the aircraft's a/p??????? Obviously I'm missing something.
