I cannot get the Template Installer to run. I read elsewhere about registering its .OCX, and I have done this. Now, at least Vista asks me if I really want to run this program when I try to launch it (so the behavior changed), however it still does not actually come up.

Do I need to run it with Admin priveleges?

Update - nix that last question; I'm getting lazy. I tried running it with admin rights and it still doesn't launch. Vista popups and asks me if I want to allow this program, but an affirmative response still does not getting it running.

This really isn't a big deal since I have since figured out how to use the supplied file to manually update/create the files I need. It is just a knot I'd like to undo...
