Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I'm not sure if this would be considered an ISG or FSBuild problem, but the two programs don't seem to agree so one of them is wrong.

The .prf file output by PilotLog has a blank line in the [DESCENT] section after the column heading comment line and before the data. This seems to cause FSBuild some discomfort, as it produces flightplans that have some odd data at the end of the flight. For example, the last waypoint (airport) has a sensible time, but the summary line time is zero. The speed is negative sometimes, etc. I'm guessing the FSBuild parser treats the blank line as the end of the section, and the lack of [DESCENT] data is what ultimately produces the strange output.
