Actually I think FSPanel studio that's mis-positioning the gauges.

So yeah you may need to copy/paste the original gauge positions from one of the backup/orig files then manualy put in the ISG gauges positioned by FSPS.

Its kinda of a annoying, but sometimes you have to work around FSPS's attempts to 'fix' things.
