I've looked at both the File Formats doc as well as the Pilot Log doc and don't see a description of the .cfg file anywhere - am I missing something? To get beyond that snag, though, I copied the KA350.cfg file to mtnc208.cfg and changed some of the parameters (these are only rough approximations to get past the "don't have a .cfg file" point. Here's the whole file:

Before taxiing I make the popup window visible. During a flight, though, it's hidden or visible as needed.
The file FlightLog/fpl.log is always created and has lines like the following:

When I run the PilotLog.exe program, though, no flights are shown in the list and the option menu is empty, even after pressing Refresh. This is after I've closed FS9. I'm not sure what PilotLog is looking for that it's not finding.
