Gentlemen,
Had problem with PC and in process of restoring Windows 7 my FSBuild software was deleted. I downloaded and installed FSBuild v 2.40.184.5. For FS2004.
After creating a flight plan, when I try to export it, I get an error message UNABLE TO OPEN ACTIVE SKY WX_STATION=LIST.TXT FILE.

How can I correct this problem? I do not recall having it in the past.

Further to this post, I checked in the FSBuild2.cfg file and in the [MD-FLIGHTSIMULATOR] I have the following entry for ACTIVE SKY;
ACTIVESKY=C:\FS\2004\Modules\ASV6

I looked in the FS2004 Modules folder and there is NO ENTRY FOR ASV6.

Totally confused. Never heard of Active Sky in prior FSBuild installations.

Thank you.

First off, this would be better posted in the FSBuild2 support forum. If you aren't using ActiveSky simply remove or comment out the WEATHERPROG=ACTIVESKY entry in the [FSBUILD] section of the fsbuild2.cfg file
and remove the ACTIVESKY=C:\FS\2004\Modules\ASV6 from the [MS-FLIGHTSIMULATOR]. That will take care of the message you are getting. You should also update your installation to the 2.4.0.31 version in this thread viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4561. For best results from a new install simply remove the fsbuild2.cfg file from the fsbuild2 directory before the first time you run the program; then run and set all your options and you will get a clean file.
