Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I recently purchased the program fsbuild 2.4, it seems it is a good program,but the problems start at the beginning.
Try to open the program and it tells me to insert a DELL CD. which I don't know what it is or I do not have it, finally clicking a few times betwen cancel and ok, the program opens up. ( how do I open the program without this trouble.)
Now that I have the program open I create a flight plan, I follow all the instructions
including the export plan, but when I open the FS2004, and the PMDG aircraft, the plan is no where to be found. ---QUESTION--
Is there a good tutorial on how to export a flight plan to the PMDG airplane,
I have tried several things but nothing seems to work. HELP, HELP,HELP AND MORE HELP IS WHAT I NEED
