Duplicate AFCAD files can cause various problems. However be aware that that in some instances like this a scenery patch may show up as an AFCAD as in this case so you see a three AFCADs with this scenery. If Traffic 2005 also installed an AFCAD then that should be moved out leaving the stock and those supplied by the scenery designer. This insures the integrity for FS and RC.
This is why I also asked you to search out KPDX in the r4.csv file.
At this point we should probably take this back to the RC forum so we are not overloading Ernie.
Again make sure you are using FSB 2.3 upgrade distributed from simmarket by going to your account on that site. Only then will you see the upgrade link.
The navdata from Ernie's site only is to be used.
The is one difference I have in my setup for FSB and that is the option to include altitudes is the FS9 export. That would give values the the final field instead of zeroes. Thus my FS9 plan looks like this:
[flightplan]
title=KPDX to KSEA
description=KPDX, KSEA
type=IFR
routetype=3
cruising_altitude=26000
departure_id=KPDX, N45* 35.19', W122* 35.50',+000030.00
departure_position=10R
destination_id=KSEA, N47* 26.56', W122* 18.33',+000427.00
departure_name=PORTLAND_INTL
destination_name=SEATTLE_TACOMA_INTL
waypoint.0=KPDX, A, N45* 35.19', W122* 35.50', +000000.00,
waypoint.1=BTG, V, N45* 44.52', W122* 35.29', +03000.00,
waypoint.2=OLM, V, N46* 58.17', W122* 54.06', +13000.00,
waypoint.3=ARVAD, I, N47* 13.21', W122* 34.51', +06000.00,
waypoint.4=FOURT, I, N47* 17.51', W122* 29.02', +04000.00,
waypoint.5=KSEA, A, N47* 26.56', W122* 18.33', +000000.00,
RC should disregard the altitude field, but just in case you can try turning that on to see if it corrects anything. Also try rebuilding with a cruising altitude of 13,000 feet which seems about correct minimum for a jet. I do not know what aircraft was being used but within FSB that should correct the negative distance problem I described on the session first run where the altitude is too high based on total leg distance and aircraft profile. It will give you a better navlog but should not impact RC's functionality.
