						 I have never drunk soda in my entire life. I've always stuck to diet. Odd thing is water disgusts me. Whenever I try drinking water it makes me feel dirty, like it's not clean. So I drink a lot of diet pop. Right now I’m on the slim fast diet, having 2 of those a day with fruit and veggies and a normal dinner. I really enjoy my diet soda. I drink 5-7 cans a day. Does this harm a diet? I realize it has no calories, but are there chemicals in it that make weight loss harder? ____________________________  ~  ~
