Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Hi,
I just reinstalled FSB 2.2 on a new system. When I click on the black desktop icon I get the Windows 7 spinning cursor for a few seconds but the program never opens. I restarted Windows and retried with the same results. It worked fine before on my other XP system. Any ideas? Thanks. Tom

I tried clicking Run as Administrator then the icon but still nothing.
I also went to the FSBuild directory in Program Files (X86) and clicked on the application icon thinking the shortcut was bad but it did the same thing. Tom

I think I may have found part of the problem. It's been quite a while since I've been using version 2.2 and I can't remember the actual install. Apparantly I installed an earlier version and then upgraded to 2.2
These are the files I have:
A folder named "FSBuild 1.40" which contains "FSB Data", and "FSBuild 140F" which I forgot I had, and a folder "FSBuild 2.2" which contains "fsb_NAvdata_update" and "fsBuildUpdate 2.2". I used this file to do the install. That probably also explains why I don't see the program in the Install/Uninstall program list. Should I run the 1.40 file instead? And if so, how do I remove my current one? Thanks again, Tom
