Hi Ernie,
Been talking over on the Navigraph forum with Richard about an issue with the autoroute with the latest FSBuild and Navigraph cycle. For an autoroute from RJAA to VTBD I am given the following:
RJAA TYE1.CHINO CME ISK TZC IWC TQT JBT FUE 30E23 HSN SHZ 26E16 NNX YIN 21E09 17E05 ISKN KKN INKR VTBD
Note that the SKN and NKR VORs are shown as "ISKN" and "INKR" which are I believe ILSs at the corresponding airports in those cities. I also notice that those do not show up in the list of waypoints as they are ILSs instead of VORs. Shouldn't FSBuild be using "SKN" and "NKR" instead of the "ISKN" and "INKR"? If you delete the "I" in those and rebuild manually, those waypoints are correctly identified and added to the list. Perhaps there is an issue where FSBuild is reading the Navdata and for whatever reason it is picking the ILSs over the VORs in this case, causing an error?
Also, why are lat/longs coming up as waypoints so often in autoroute? Shouldn't other waypoints (VORs and NDBs) be selected first or am I mistaken?
Thanks for your attention to this issue!
Tim
