Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

ok this is the deal i use fsbuid to creat my flight well actually southwest provides the flight plan that we should fly. so what i do is copy and paste.
Now the thing is i use the PMDG 737-700 with the FMC when i first got fsbuild and exported the flight plan i would export to 737NR and FS 2004.
but when i would load the plan into the PMDG FMC the plan would not go through. After testing a few things i noticed that if i exported the flight plan to the 737NR with a runway it would not go through but if i take the same flight plan and blank out the runway part i would have no problem.
So this is what i started to do. Now this is what my problem is if i copy and past a flight plan with the sid and star it makes a perfect flight plan but if i blank out the runway it completely changes the flight plan look at the pics

In this pic you can see that the flight plan looks good it has all the way points for the border 5 departure the only thing is that the headings are not correct looking at the real border 5 departure but thats not a big deal i can change the few headings. But as you can see its set to take off on runway 27 now this is where the problem starts. I dont want to start on a runway 27 i want to start at a gate especially if im flying online take a look at the second picture

Its looks fine to me.

Off rwy 27 you have to to circle around go south of the Airport to PGY then to Brows.

For rwy 9 its pretty much straight out to Brows.

Thus the additional waypoints for rwy 27.
