Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I have reinstalled Windows XP and FSBuild including patch to latest version. I remember that prior to this reinstall I could export to MADDOG 2006. This is not the case anymore and neither can I export to FS2004.
I have configured FSBuild to point to my FS2004 folder and edited fsbuild2.cfg to
[MS-FLIGHTSIMULATOR]
FS_HOME=C:\PROGRAM\MICROSOFT GAMES\FLIGHT SIMULATOR 9
FS2004_PLN=C:\Dokuments and Settings\Flightsim\Mina dokument\Flight Simulator Files

I see the problem with the MADDOG since FSBuild thinks it should export to the folder LAGO\MADDOG\routes which does not exist. Instead I have MADDOG2006\routes. But it was no problem before and why does no export work? It's possible I didn't have the very latest version of FSbuild before.
