Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

This may sound stupid but how come I haven't seen a SID for the CAPITAL5 DP for KIAD. From what I currently understand that is the only DP used at KIAD.
This is what my VA has posted about KIAD

Our fellow colleagues from the Washington ARTCC asked us to publish the following information about the PRYME2 and CAPITAL 5 departures for Washington Dulles:

"The PRYME2 departure at IAD is not authorized, at the real-world airport and on VATSIM. All departures are via the Capital 5.

Anyone filing the PRYME2 will be issued the Capital 5 departure in their clearance."


Could it be because the procedure is basically nothing but runway heading to 3000' then as vectored?
How would I add this to the SID table?
