When I hit the Get Online ATC button it gives me an error

I am guessing this is because of a problem with SBPC_SERVER=www.vatsim.info in my fsbuild2.cfg file but I couldn't find a different setting by searching forums.

If used this http://www.fsbuild.com/dl/Fsbuild2373Upd.exe and still seeing the error.

Ernie,
I too can not get the ATC info to load. I was getting the error that shown in the previous screen shot, now getting this error. Updated to hotfix 2.3.7.3 and the error changed to this:

Note: that url is redirected to www.vatsim.net. Should there be a /status or something like that in the url? No proxy servers here either.

FSbuild2.cfg file.
Change:
SBPC_SERVER=www.vatsim.info

To:
SBPC_SERVER=www.vatsim.net

And save the file.
Then start FSBuild and try again.

Nope, still get the same error, The URL is Invalid
