Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I see there is a sticky on this but it's been a few days since any new posts there so. I am not using IE7, I'm still with IE6 and I am not using a proxy and for some reason I can't get any NAT tracks in my NATTRACK box. I have the option checked to load both NAT tracks and Pacots on startup but nothing happens. I do see a message "Loading Static Nat tracks" when FSbuild is loading but no tracks. my config is below:

Never mind - I think i figured it out. I had to hit the DN button. I am still a little confused though. I thought that checking the "load NATTRACK and PACOTS" eliminated the need for using the DN button??
