I assume you login and run programs as administrator.

Start your PC in SaveMode
Got to FSBuild folder
double click the FSBuild2.exe

Your video driver is almost one year old ...!

Starting in Safe Mode doesn't resolve the problem.
I have updated my video driver - problem still persists.

I do not know what changed on your PC to stop FSBuild from displaying properly all of a sudden. You may see a problem with another program that will give a clue.
Maybe you will see another symptom with another program.

Just to verify .. the version of FSBuild you reinstalled was the one you originally downloaded from SimMarket .. correct?

As a test:
Disable Visual themes
Disable desktop composition
Run FSBuild in "Compatibility Mode"
Did this work?

Lastly:
You could try an FSBuild Update just to see what happens:

Yes, the FSBuild program was a licensed download from simMarket.

Unfortunately, the screen tweaks you've mentioned have been done but the problem persists.

Thanks for the link - I updated the program, still the problem persists.
