I have no idea what this means.

Saving a flight plan in FSBuild has nothing to do with exporting a plan to FSX and loading it in FSX.

But, if what you are doing is working for you, ok.

First you need to take the route for the first box and copy it.

Then you need to go to the file/Save flight plan and paste it into that box.

Make sure the information in the second box is deleted before pasting it into it. (Pasting the route that is)

I will post a screen shot.

When you do a plan in FSBuild.
Then, File, Save.
The route will automatically appear.
You only have to give it a TITLE (name).
You do not cut and paste anything.

But, this Saving a flight plan inside FSBuild has nothing to do with your previous problem of Loading a flight plan Into FSX.

You are correct with my first problem with pmdg.

For the second if I recopy and repaste the route it works out fine for me to hwere as i just save it as a name.

Could be Windows seven or maybe even just the route.

The good thing is my problem is solved,

Maybe if i just try the route again without recopying it and repasting it. It will probably work.

Just like my route from kfll-mkjp.
