I have download to Airac 0813 for FSbuild,and extract and overwrite to FSbuild folder. I started FSbuild2.3 and input ICAO airport code into DEPATURE and DESTINATION BOX , but airport name and rwy (for Japan area only !) ware not appear. I tried to uninstall and re-installed without update. This was OK. but update this file, not appear again. I don't know any idea, would you like to tell me? :cry:

Install FSbuild
Do not install Airac 0813 update yet.
Start FSbuild
What version in upper left hand corner?

What Departure and Destination airports will you be using first?

I will try it first to see if I have a problem.

Have you looked at other posts in this forum for a solution?

My FSbuild version is 2.3.1 , I using depature RJBB and Destination to RJTT at first, but no appear decorded it .

RJBB to RJTT is ok.

Did you try other airports?
Like USA ... KDTW KJFK
For example?

Try rebuilding the Navdata indexes, that may resolve the problem.
