Hello Rakham,
I run into this problem about 1 in 5 plan's I build. Look in your FSBuild folder for the two files fsb_awy.txt and fsb_awy2.txt. Open them with notepad and use control F to bring up the search box and search for the misplaced waypoint. What I normally do is a search for the Airway (UL9, J218, Y20, etc) that contains the misplaced waypoint and just delete that waypoint from that airway in "Both" files. It the second file, it is pretty easy to find the bad waypoint as it usually has a ""-" (minus sign) in front of the lat/log putting it in another hemisphere. I never have gotten an explanation as to where these errors come from, either the raw data from DATIF or the compile program that Ernie uses to extract the data.
It also happen's in DP's and STAR's. I just had a DP from EGSS routing me to South Africa prior to picking up my airway (UL9 at DVR) to EDDK. Same correction through, just deleted the wayward waypoint from the DP file and rebuilt the plan and it work's correctly.
